Objective To study the effects of mental disease on blood pressure, heart rate and ST-T elevation of patients with stable coronary heart disease, and to investigate the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on mental Stress Induced Myocardial Ischemia. Methods 12 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected randomly as a group of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine(Group Ⅰ).According to the sex, age, blood pressure, heart rate, another 12 cases of patients with stable coronary heart disease were chosen as the conventional treatment group (Group Ⅱ).Compared the blood pressure, heart rate, ST-T segment elevation level before and after the standard stress testing. After 8 weeks treatment, The two groups were compared the changes of BP, HR, ST-T segment elevation before and after the standard mental stress, and compared the PHQ-9 score and GAD-7 score before and after the 8w treatment. Results (1) Compared 2 groups of patients with general information, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).(2) the results show that, the level of SBP, DBP, HR, ST-T elevated after the Standard stress test. The difference was stafistcally significant(P <0.05).(3) After 8 weeks, the difference of DBP, PHQ-9 score, GAD-7 and ST-T elevated in group Ⅰ were smaller than the initial state. The difference was statistically significant.(P <0.05); The group Ⅱ did not change significantly, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion Mental stress can damage coronary micro vasomotion and has a bad effect on myocardial isehemia of stable coronary heart disease.Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine can improve the state of mental Stress Induced Myocardial Ischemia.
