一、前言毫米波波导元件和微波波导元件一样,电镀的主要目的是为了改善电性能。为此,对电镀涂复层就提出了一些特殊的要求:1.电阻率要低,2.表面光洁度要高;3.镀层均匀性要好;4.结晶细致、孔隙率低防护性好;5.对责金属应尽量减薄镀层厚度,但又要求厚度大于电波传播的集肤深度等。对于微波波导来说,国内是采用镀银来满足上述要求的。毫米波波导元件和微波元件不同点在于:1.频率更高;2.波导的尺寸变小精度更高,如8mm 波导其工作频率为26.4~40.0千兆赫(GHz),内腔尺寸为7.111±0.02×3.556±0.02mm。频率愈高其集肤深度就愈小,对波导电镀的
