·长久以来,疫苗一直被用于诱导有效的抗感染作用,并能针对许多种感染原提供保护作用.·针对长期接触的抗原,如已获得的感染或肿瘤,免疫系统介导的抵抗作用需要以下条件:·成功地诱导细胞免疫,和·能有效地阻断抑制性免疫对其的调控作用.治疗性的疫苗,相对于预防性疫苗,则很难获得成功!大部分肿瘤,甚至是那些预后较差的肿瘤,都能够获得缓解.但是,肿瘤的复发是个问题.因此,更深层次的和更长效的控制肿瘤生长、缓解病情,是一个非常急切的需求…………这似乎是比彻底治愈肿瘤更切实际的目标!最有希望获得成功的免疫治疗可能是…………尽可能大规模地消除肿瘤,同时有效地激活抗肿瘤细胞免疫.
