通过室内试验(组合拉拔试验、组合剪切试验和短期老化试验),研究了SBS聚合物改性沥青作为桥面防水粘结材料的路用性能,同时与国内目前运用较多的氯丁胶类防水涂料作比较,得出SBS聚合物改性乳化沥青是一种性能优良的防水粘结材料。并且运用三维有限元分析软件Ansys建立了水泥混凝土箱型梁桥沥青混凝土铺装模型,进行了层间剪应力分析,论证了SBS聚合物改性乳化沥青作为桥面防水粘结材料能够满足使用要求。
Through the laboratory tests (combined drawing test, combined shear test and short-term aging test), the road performance of SBS polymer modified asphalt as bridge deck waterproofing adhesive material was studied. At the same time, A comparison of waterproof coatings, SBS polymer modified emulsified asphalt is a good performance waterproof bonding material. And the asphalt concrete pavement model of cement concrete box girder bridge was established with the three-dimensional finite element analysis software Ansys, and the interlaminar shear stress analysis was carried out. It is demonstrated that the SBS polymer modified emulsified asphalt can meet the requirements of use as the bridge deck waterproofing adhesive material .
