Graphene is an ideal electrode material for supercapacitor cause of its extremely high electrical conductivity and theoretically large specific surface area.Using thermal exfoliation and hydrogen reduction method, we obtained reduced graphene with high electrical conductivity.Then this reduced graphene was treated with KOH and melamine separately at high temperature for activating and nitrogen doping.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to study the doping level.
