ASC工艺在不开电捕的工况下，满足尘硫硝超低排放和沥青烟高效脱除，烟囱排放透明，无视觉污染，达到了设计效果;目前正在的优化工作:有加强日常维护，减少设备故障率;通过相关封堵与调整运行参数，进一步降低吸收剂耗量;进一步规范移炉操作，提高全系统运行稳定性;优化测温、报警、灭火等机制，进一步降低烟道着火及其影响。
