Background The optimal modality to guide accurate, safe and effective coronary intervention should be able to identify both vulnerable plaques and ischemia-producing lesions.Virtual histology intravascular ultrasound (VH-IVUS)has been developed to identify vulnerable plaques by assessment of plaque composition, while fractional flow reserve(FFR) has been accepted for a standard method to evaluate the functional significance of a coronary lesion.However,there is no evidence to date that VH-IVUS parameters and FFR values are correlated with each other.The present study aimed to examine the potential correlation between the two modalities in intermediate coronary lesions, and evaluate the role of FFR in identification of vulnerable plaques.

目的:通过检测胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠模型的海马病理组织学特征及β-淀粉样前体蛋白裂解酶1 (BACE1)的表达,探讨胰岛素抵抗在阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病中的作用机制。方法:随机选择一月龄Wistar雄性大鼠30只,并随机分成空白组、对照组及实验组。空白组予普通饮食,对照组及实验组予高脂高糖高蛋白饮食,3个月后实验组,按照3 mg/kg剂量双侧侧脑室内一次性注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立IR动物模型。
