　　Objective: According to the basic principle of gene therapy,application of a new cationic polymer lipopolysaccharide-amine(LPSA)as gene vector,in order to construct LPSA/pBMP2 complexes to transfect the rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).Evaluation of LPSA/pBMP2 complex characterization and LPSA transfection efficiency were promoted to provide experimental basis for bone regeneration.
