Objective:To observe the correlation between BMP-6(TGF super family member) and TIEG1 in rats with osteoporosis,as well as the intervention by nourishing-kidney herbs.Methods:The osteoporosis rat models induced by ovariosteresis were divided randomly into normal group,sham operated group,blank model group,nourishing-kidney herbs group with low dosage,nourishing-kidney herbs group with high dosage,as well as nourishing-spleen herbs group,GAITIANLI calcium tablet group and GUSHUKANG granule group as controls.
