This presentation focuses on discovery of biocatalyst and function development of known biocatalyst.Traditional screening of microorganism is still an important way to obtain new strain producing the expected enzyme,but high throughput detection method can extremely improve the screening efficiency.By means of a fluorescent method,the expected strain can be easily obtained from large amount of candidates.Once the interesting enzyme confirmed,its related gene was cloned and sequenced,which can be used in further expression with suitable system and/or directed evolution.
