By researching on the polarization interference imaging spectrometer based on Savart prism,a novel mode for data preprocessing is proposed.Aiming to the polynomial trend term noise and low frequency noise which may happened in the interferogram,the article takes the method of least squares polynomial in order to fitting trend and Infinite Impulse Response(ⅡR)digital high pass filter to flit low-frequency interference,then used Hamming window to process the interferogram.The reconstructed spectra show the superiority of this processing method.
