The fullerenol nanoparticles have drawn extensive attention as their high biomedical effects against tumor cells, virus and neuro degenerative diseases[1].The alkaline reaction for fullerenols is widely used and during the reaction, C60,OH- and O2 were reacted under the different potential energy barrier and the hydroxyl, carbonyl and hemiacetal functional groups were formed on the carbon cages of fullerenes.
