For recognizing Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Chlamydia psittaci invasion in Chicken flocks, the pathogens were checked under the microscopy, cell culture and tested with HIA for 510 birds from 15 flocks on farms A, B, C and D.These chickens were hatched together and reared under different management systems from single to normal over 3 months period.
