目的：探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗老年椎间盘突出症患者的疗效和安全性。方法：对56例60岁以上的椎间盘突出症患者，采用经皮椎间孔镜技术行腰椎间盘髓核部分切除和神经根减压手术治疗，分别进行术前、出院时、术后3 个月及术后1年随访VAS 和ODI 评分，评价疗效。

目的：探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗老年椎间盘突出症患者的疗效和安全性。方法：对56例60岁以上的椎间盘突出症患者，采用经皮椎间孔镜技术行腰椎间盘髓核部分切除和神经根减压手术治疗，分别进行术前、出院时、术后3 个月及术后1年随访VAS 和ODI 评分，评价疗效。
