The myodural bridge (MDB) is a small ligament connecting suboccipital muscles to the covering tissue of spinal cord,called dura mater.Suboccipitalmuscles, including obliquescapitis inferior (OCI), rectus capitis posterior major(RCPMa)and rectus capitis posterior minor (RCPMi)are located at the base of cranium,so that MDBs can twist,pull or shorten the dura mater and can cause an abnormal tension which is called MDB dvsfunction or cervicogeniccephalalgia.
