The understanding of intracellular phage development and its impact on bacterial physiology has not been fully elucidated.Here,we investigate genome-wide interactions of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P aeruginosa) and its temperate phage PaP3 at five time points during phage infection.Phage genes were divided into three transcriptional classes including 15 early genes,35 middle genes,and 21 late genes based on the gene expression data.
