牟宗三之后,当代新儒学初步表现出了多元开展的理论特色。在继续沿着前辈新儒家的基本精神方向对儒学学理系统作进一步阐释的同时,主要表现出了三方面的发展走势:一是继续倡导开展儒学与人类诸文化系统间的对话,代表了在当代人类文化的多元开展中将儒学的智慧精神进一步融入世界文化的发展走势;二是提出了“中学为用”的观念,表明后牟宗三时代新儒学的理论兴奋点已开始向儒家学理在现实层面的推扩转移;三是提出了“后新儒学”的概念,表现出了在对新儒学予以内在批判的基础上力图有所开新的理论意向。上述发展走势表明,面向21世纪,儒学将继续走向世界;如何面对后现代主义的问题,已成为当代新儒家关注的重心问题之一;以心性之学为主体的现代新儒学将面临可能的转向。
After Mou Zongsan, contemporary Neo-Confucianism initially demonstrated the diversified theoretical features. While continuing to follow the basic spirit of predecessors and neo-Confucians to further explain the Confucianism’s academic system, it mainly shows the trend of development in three aspects: Firstly, it continues to advocate the dialogue among Confucianism and human cultural systems, The diversification of human culture further integrates the wisdom of Confucianism into the development trend of world culture. Second, it puts forward the concept of “learning from high school.” This indicates that the theoretical excitement of Neo-Confucianism in the post-Mouzong era has begun to extend the Confucian theory to the realistic level Thirdly, it put forward the concept of “post-Neo-Confucianism”, and showed the intention of opening up a new theoretical intention based on the internal criticism of Neo-Confucianism. The trend of the above developments shows that facing the 21st century, Confucianism will continue to go to the world. How to deal with the issue of postmodernism has become one of the focuses of contemporary Neo-Confucianism. Modern Neo-Confucianism, with its psychology as the main body, is likely to face Turn.
