文章建立了环境监管问题的完全信息动态博弈模型,并从严谨的经济和数理逻辑基础上对该模型进行了分析,得出如下结论:政府的监督效率越高、威信力越高、对违规企业的处罚力度

文章建立了环境监管问题的完全信息动态博弈模型,并从严谨的经济和数理逻辑基础上对该模型进行了分析,得出如下结论:政府的监督效率越高、威信力越高、对违规企业的处罚力度越大,企业违反环保法律法规的概率越小,政府的环境监管职能越强.针对以上结论,文章提出了政府要建立一套有效的监管机制,调动全民积极性,加强环境监管力度,提高政府威信,对企业的违规行为,从经济上和法律上加大处罚力度,强化环境经济政策等合理化建议,以期改善国家的环境状况.
