我国已经进入老龄化社会，老年人的主观幸福感问题越来越受到重视。本文从社会、家庭和个人三个层次出发，分析了社会支持、养老模式和社会参与程度对老年人主观幸福感起的影响作用以及相应的作用机制，并且归纳出了能够有效地提高老年人主观幸福感的具体措施。
