Objective To explore the relationship between interleukin-6(IL-6)、interleukin-10(IL-10) levels in placenta of premature rats and bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).Methods Selecting SD rats of regular conception, preterm rats and placenta were all delivered by c-section at 20 days of gestation.Expression of IL-6、IL-10 in placenta was tested through immunohistochemistry and western blot.Preterm rats were fed in high concentration after birth.At 14th day after high oxygen exposure, the pathological changes of the preterm rat lung were observed by HE Staining and Radical Alveolar Counter.The preterm rats were divided into BPD group and non BPD group according to morphological structure of lung tissue and Radical Alveolar Counter.We analysed the relationship between two groups IL-6、IL-10 levels in placenta of premature rats and BPD.
