  The synthesis of silver nanoparticles is current approach.The synthesis of nanoparticles is achieved by means of physical,chemical and biological method.The ecofriendly approach with different microorganisms has created a novel pathway for effective synthesis of nanoparticles of siver with greater stability.The attempt will be made rapid synthesis of nanoparticles by using actinomycetes.The proposed method is effective,rapid,and convenient.The primary screening was performed by visual colour observation and transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to characterize the structure of the particles.It was found that the average diameter of the particles was about 10 nm and the shape was spherical.
