Fe和Cd掺杂闪锌矿的电子结构研究

天然闪锌矿是一种优良的半导体光催化还原剂,其丰富的类质同像替代离子显著地影响着它的光催化活性.李艳等发现天然含Fe闪锌矿具有良好可见光催化活性并认为Fe的存在提高了光电子的利用率.本文采用第一性原理计算方法,分别计算掺Fe,Cd及Fe,Cd共掺杂闪锌矿的电子结构,可为天然闪锌矿可见光催化机制提供理论支持.综合以上计算结果,分析认为天然闪锌矿在可见光光催化活性上较纯闪锌矿更具优势。Fe,Cd共掺杂的闪锌矿禁带宽度减小为2.49eV,Fe和Cd均可以使闪锌矿的禁带宽度减小,且两条杂质能级的引入为光电子提供了“跳板”,同时随着Fe掺杂浓度的增大,杂质能级的宽度和峰高也会随之增大,为光电子提供更多更易占据的“跳板”,进一步提高闪锌矿的可见光光催化效率。
