去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨髓基质细胞GSK-3β/β-catenin信号通路变化观察

目的：观察去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠全骨髓细胞培养前后GSK-3β/β-catenin 信号通路的变化。方法：将18 只健康3 月龄未经产雌性SD 大鼠随机平分为去卵巢和假手术两个组。术后14 周，取左侧股骨，新鲜分离骨髓细胞，一部分直接提取蛋白；另一部分采用静置贴壁法体外培养9 天后，收集细胞提取蛋白。
