南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)是呼肠孤病毒科斐济病毒属的一个暂定新种,经白背飞虱(Sogatella furcifera)以持久性方式传播,侵染水稻及玉米等禾本科植物,病毒可在白背飞虱体内复制增殖,既是植物病毒又是昆虫病毒.
