目的：分析慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血中T细胞亚群表面程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)表达的变化特点.方法：采用流式细胞仪回顾性分析10例慢性乙型肝炎患者及10例健康对照者外周血中T细胞及其亚群CD4-CD8-T细胞、CD4+CD8-T细胞、CD4-CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD8+T、CD4+CD8+细胞表面PD-1的表达水平.结果：与健康对照组相比,CHB患者组T细胞及其主要亚群CD4-CD8-

　　目的：分析慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血中T细胞亚群表面程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)表达的变化特点.方法：采用流式细胞仪回顾性分析10例慢性乙型肝炎患者及10例健康对照者外周血中T细胞及其亚群CD4-CD8-T细胞、CD4+CD8-T细胞、CD4-CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD8+T、CD4+CD8+细胞表面PD-1的表达水平.结果：与健康对照组相比,CHB患者组T细胞及其主要亚群CD4-CD8-T细胞、CD4+CD8-T细胞、CD4-CD8+T细胞表面PD-1的表达水平显著上升(P值分别为0.002,0.049,0.023).结论：CHB患者外周血中PD-1阳性的CD4-CD8-T细胞、CD4+CD8-T细胞、CD4-CD8+T频数升高,提示HBV慢性感染与T细胞亚群上PD-1的高表达导致抑制T细胞功能抑制密切关联,.
