　　In this study, 4, 4-oxydianiline (4, 4-ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) were reacted to form the polyamic acid (PAA) solution.PAA/γ-Al2O3 solutions, containing various amounts of γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles were prepared by a homogenizer with a high rotor speed.The PAA/γ-Al2O3 solutions were coated on a glass substrate and followed by a step thermal imidization process to form polyimide (PI)/γ-Al2O3 composite films in this study.
