Based on the data accumulated during the study of the Y.pseudotuberculosis-causative agent of far east scarlett like fever (FESLF), we had previously concluded that the clinical manifestation of the epidemic FESLF associated with specific clonal line Y.pseudotuberculosis, characterized by a certain sequences type (2 ST), allele of the gene yadA (1 allele), plasmid profile (pVM82, pYV 48 MD) and serotype (1b) (Timchenko NF et al.2011).
