高热流密度下正构烷烃热沉的测定及分析

  建立了高热流密度下碳氢燃料的热沉评价装置,适用温度:常温~800℃,压力:常压~10MPa,流量:0.1~2g/s,热流密度:0~2MW/m2.在压力3.5MPa、流量1.0g/s的条件下,考察了C9~C13正构烷烃在温度600~670℃范围内的热裂解情况.系统分析了气、液相产物,计算了裂解转化率和热沉值.气体产物主要有甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、丙烯和丙烷等,液体产物则主要是由短链烯烃组成,同时有少量的烷烃和环烷烃,以及极少的芳烃.着重探讨了正构烷烃热沉与转化率之间的关系,并分析了碳链长短对热沉的影响,从而为碳氢燃料的配伍提供了基础信息.
