新媒体时代,“讲好中国故事,传播中国声音”已经成为中国国际传播能力建设的一项重要任务。国际间的新闻竞争绝不仅仅是媒介市场的经济效益之争,更重要的是意识形态领域的话语之争。对于中国媒体来说,关键是要建立自己的国际新闻传播快速反应机制,迅速向世界传播中国声音;搭建立体化的国际新闻传播平台,把中国新闻传播得更广;优化国际新闻传播技巧,让中国故事被更多的西方人所接纳;打造一批国际新闻传播旗舰媒体,增强中国在国际舞台上的话语权。
In the new media era, “making a good story of China and spreading China’s voice” has become an important task for China in its capacity building for international communication. The news competition in the world must not be merely a dispute over the economic benefits of the media market, but more importantly, a discourse of discourse in the field of ideology. For the Chinese media, the key is to establish its own rapid response mechanism for international news dissemination, rapidly disseminate the Chinese voice to the world, build a three-dimensional international news dissemination platform that will make China’s news more widely disseminate, and optimize its international news dissemination skills so that The story of China is accepted by more Westerners; a group of flagship media outlets for international news media are being built to enhance China’s voice in the international arena.
