The chronic disease which caused by obesity has serious risk in the developed world.Obesity induced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress is resulted from the accumulation of misfolded proteins during stress conditions.Protein-disulfide isomerase-associated 3 (PDIA3) is an enzymatic molecular chaperone for ER.This study investigated the expression of PDIA3 in pancreas and liver of diet-induced obesity (DIO) and diet-resistant (DR) SD rat model by high fat diet feeding.
