目的 近些年，在消化道肿瘤中，胃癌的发病率已经居于首位，而其所导致的死亡率已上升为全球第二位，在国内每年因胃癌死亡的比例接近25.32/10 万.
目的 观察RUNX3、EGFR、VEGF 在人胃腺癌组织中的表达，探讨其与胃癌淋巴转移和血管侵犯中的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学EliVision 法检测122 例人胃腺癌组织中RUNX3、EGFR、VEGF 的蛋白表达水平，分析其与胃腺癌临床病理特征的关系。
