单层高厚石英织物的设计及剪切性能的研究

  基于织物结构相的分析理论,建立了纱线的屈曲波形与织物的织造密度、织物厚度等结构参数的相互关系。采用58tex超细石英纱线在织物中屈曲波高的极端构形,设计制备了7种单层高厚石英织物。在改进的像框剪切试验的基础上,对7种单层高厚石英织物的剪切变形行为进行了对比分析。结果 表明:单层高厚石英织物的剪切过程具有高度非线性的特点。相对于平纹织物,缎纹织物特有的浮长线结构,具有更好的剪切变形能力。同时,适当增加纱线间的间距,可以减小纱线间的挤压变形,从而降低织物的剪切载荷,提高其剪切变形能力。
