胶黏剂类型和接头分布对胶合木性能的影响

以兴安落叶松和日本落叶松为研究对象,探究胶合木层积用胶黏剂种类对胶合面胶合性能的影响,层积方向上相邻层指接接头分布对胶合木抗弯破坏行为的影响.采用两类共四种结构胶粘剂和五种指接接头分布模式进行胶合木试样制作,并按照标准进行胶层剪切试验、剥离试验和足尺抗弯测试.试验结果表明:同种胶黏剂不同来源间胶合性能存在显著差异,间苯二酚胶黏剂(PRF)胶合性能优于聚氨酯胶黏剂(PUR);为有效降低胶合木在荷载作用下指接接头的破坏几率,层间接头分布距离宜不小于300mm.
