In recent years,Xian cultural industry gets rapid development.It has begun to take shape.Social capital has become an important force to investment and financing market of Xian cultural industry.However,how to strengthen the development of Xian cultural industry effectively by using social capital? This article starts with the current status of the social capital flowing into Xian cultural industry and then analyses the problems of the process.At last,it puts forward countermeasures to speed up the participation of social capital in Xian cultural industry and to strengthen the fast development of Xian cultural industry.
