耳蜗微血管为耳蜗提供血液供应,给该组织提供能量,排除代谢废物,维持耳蜗内环境的稳定。内耳的生理功能依赖于微循环支持的耳蜗内环境的稳定。许多研究都表明耳蜗微循环障碍引起耳蜗缺血和缺血后再灌注损伤是导致突发性耳聋、梅尼埃病、老年聋、噪音性聋等内耳疾病的重要原因。越来越多的学者对这一损伤过程产生重视,并进行了大量研究,现对这一领域的研究进展作一综述。
Cochlear microvasculature provides blood supply to the cochlea, provides energy to the tissue, eliminates metabolic waste, and maintains the stability of the inner cochlea. The physiological function of the inner ear depends on the stability of the inner environment of the cochlea supported by the microcirculation. Many studies have shown that microcirculation disorders caused by cochlear ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury are the main causes of inner ear diseases such as sudden deafness, Meniere’s disease, senile deafness and noisy deafness. More and more scholars attach great importance to this injury process and conduct a great deal of research. The research progress in this field is reviewed.
