华南地区生鲜食品中单增李斯特菌污染状况、表型和遗传型特征分析

单核细胞增生李斯特菌是重要的食源性致病菌之一,可以在免疫低下者、孕妇、老年人和新生儿群体中引起严重疾病.本研究主要调查华南地区收集的567份生鲜食品中单增李斯特菌污染率和污染水平,并进一步分析其血清组和耐药性特征.约21.7%的生鲜样品污染单增李斯特菌,污染水平处于0.3≤MPN<10 MPN/g的比例为75.0%,10≤MPN<100 MPN/g的比例为11.0%,≥100 MPN/g的比例为14.0%.177株单增李斯特菌分离株中,血清组Ⅰ.1(1/2a or 3a)占42.4%,Ⅰ.2 (1/2c or 3c)占18.1%,Ⅱ.1(4b,4d or 4e)占7.3%,Ⅱ.2(1/2b or 3b)占26.0%,Ⅲ占6.2%,其中金针菇样品中仅有血清组Ⅰ.1和Ⅱ.2污染和水产品样品中血清组Ⅲ为主要血清型,表明单增李斯特菌某些血清组可能具有独特的生态位.
