转录因子YY1调控肝脏糖异生的研究

【摘要】

：

目的:饥饿时,肝脏中糖异生的关键酶PEPCK,G6-Pase表达上调,从而促进了非糖物质如丙酮酸、乳酸等转化为葡萄糖,供机体其他器官、组织利用.另一方面,糖异生的能力增强也是2型糖尿病的重要标志,此时即表现为空腹血糖增高,因此控制肝脏糖异生能力也成为临床上治疗2型糖尿病药物如二甲双胍的重要靶点.本研究通过动物模型和分子生物学手段,探讨了转录因子YY1在肝脏糖异生过程中的作用和功能.
