在前期的工作中，我们从一株柳珊瑚来源放线菌的次级代谢产物中分离到4个新结构的多羟基聚酮类化合物[1]。此后，我们继续深入挖掘该菌的其它次级代谢产物，发现另两类聚酮化合物，包括5个新结构的螺环骨架化合物(1-5)以及4个格尔德霉素类化合物(6-9)，应用NMR、ECD、Moshers酯化等多种方法对其进行了结构鉴定。
