锂离子电池正极材料的制备与表征

锂离子电池具有比能量高、体积小、质量轻、可高速率放电、自放电率低、循环寿命长、无毒等优异性能而倍受世人青睐。由于电极材料的电化学性能受材料的物理、化学性质影响很大,如粉体粒径大小、粒径分布、组成的化学计量比、材料的纯度等。而合成方法在提高材料物理、化学性质方面扮演重要角色。目前,合成方法上大多采用高温或在较长反应时间等条件下合成,最常见的就是传统的高温固相合成法,虽然这种方法简单、易操作,但缺点也是显而易见的,如:高温耗能、粉体颗粒形貌不规则、团聚严重、纯度不高等问题,从而影响到电极材料的电化学性能
