本文利用反复硅胶柱色谱,LPLC,C-18柱色谱,制备HPLC,Sephadex LH-20等手段,从楤木属植物刺龙芽中分离得到了36个单体化合物,通过理化性质分析和波谱解析鉴定了其中的31个,这些化合物中10个为新化合物,5个化合物为从该属植物中首次分离得到。新化合物分别命名为刺龙芽皂苷A(3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl]caulophyllogenin,Congmuyanoside A)(1),刺龙芽皂苷B(3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl echinocystic acid,Congmuyanoside B)(2),刺龙芽皂苷C(3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl echinocystic acid,Congmuyanoside C)(3),刺龙芽皂苷D(3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl echinocystic acid,Congmuyanoside D)(4),刺龙芽皂苷E(3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl caulophyllogenin,Congmuyanoside E)(5),刺龙芽皂苷F(3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl oeanolic acid,Congmuyanoside F)(6),刺龙芽皂苷G(3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)]-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Congmuyanoside G)(7),刺龙芽皂苷H(3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl echinocystic acid,Congmuyanoside H)(8),刺龙芽糖苷Ⅰ(1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(E)-3-hexene,Congmuyaglycoside Ⅰ)(9),刺龙芽糖苷Ⅱ(1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-heptadiene,Congmuyaglyeoside Ⅱ)(10);已知化合物分别为Congmuyenoside A(11),Congmuyenoside B(12),楤木皂苷Ⅶ(Congmunoside Ⅶ,13),为3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl echinocystic acid(14),腺苷(Adenosine,15),Araloside A(16),Araloside C(17),楤木皂苷ⅩⅤ(Congmunoside ⅩⅤ,18),3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(19),3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-
