双价复等位抗性基因导入培育广谱抗病水稻品系的研究

水稻是中国乃至世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,稻瘟病是世界范围内影响水稻生产最严重的真菌性病害。长期的实践表明,利用水稻自身的抗病免疫系统,培育抗病水稻品种是防治稻瘟病最经济有效的方法。研究抗病基因的功能机制,以及不同抗病基因间的互补效应,对培育广谱抗病品种有重要意义。本研究通过体外遗传重组,在3个前人克隆的复等位抗病基因Pi9、Pi2和Piz-t的3’端分别融合了蛋白标签cMyc、AcV5以及HA序列,并通过农杆菌介导法分别转化并培育了携带Pi9、Pi2-AcV5和Piz-t-CHA基因的水稻植株。进
