目的调查青岛大学医学院附属医院部分科室老年住院病人营养风险筛查(NRS2002)适用率、营养风险发生率、营养不良发生率及低蛋白血症发生率、贫血发生率,为营养支持治疗提供临床依据。方法2010年7月至2011年6月在青岛大学医学院附属医院5个科室老年住院病人连续定点抽样调查,记录病人体质指数、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白,以NRS2002进行营养风险入院筛查。结果针对1831例老年住院病人营养筛查,NRS2002适用率97.9%,营养风险发生率46.7%,营养不足发生率8.2%,低蛋白血症发生率39.1%,贫血发生率29.7%。结论NRS2002对老年住院病人营养风险筛查适用率高,住院老年病人营养风险、低蛋白血症及贫血发病率高,NRS2002方法简便,易操作,较传统单指标实验室检查及体质指数更具优势。
