RNA干涉(RNA interference,RNAi)是由双链RNA(dsRNA)引起的特异性序列的转录后基因沉默。大豆种子的储藏蛋白基因的表达调控主要发生在转录水平和转录后水平上。提高11S球蛋白的含量或降低7S球蛋白的含量可改善大豆蛋白的功能特征和营养品质,却不会改变总蛋白质和脂肪的含量。因此,本实验以p-伴大豆球蛋白α亚基基因为靶基因设计RNA干扰载体,并将其转化大豆,探究此基因对提高种子中含硫氨基酸的贡献,推测大豆11S与7S的调控机制。本实验对该基因进行了以下几个方面的研究:首先
