自Bt基因导入棉花品种以来,我国转Bt抗虫棉的推广极大地减轻了农民植棉的劳动强度,受到农民的广泛欢迎。Bt(苏云金芽孢杆菌)基因是近些年来研究比较多的在植物的抗虫方面(尤其是鳞翅目昆虫)发挥重要作用的植物特异性基因。当有害虫侵袭时,便会激活抗虫基因的表达,通过基因的转录、翻译,形成抗虫蛋白,此类蛋白对鳞翅目昆虫具有高毒性,从而提高植物对鳞翅目昆虫的抵抗力,使植物的抗虫性得到综合性改良,是迄今为止最理想的植物抗虫工程基因。本研究从中棉41中克隆了一个Bt基因,然后通过花粉管通道注射法将
