油菜素甾醇调控大豆结瘤的机制

大豆(Glycine max)作为一种豆科植物,可以在根瘤菌侵染后形成特殊的根器官(根瘤)从而和根瘤菌形成共生的关系来固定大气中的氮气,保证大豆即使在低氮含量的土壤中也能正常生长。油菜素甾醇(brassinosteroids,BRs)作为一种类固醇激素,可以调控大豆结瘤,但是BRs对大豆结瘤的调控机制却并不清楚。本文以大豆为研究对象,通过一系列生理生化实验研究了BRs对大豆根瘤发育的调控,主要研究结果如下:1.建立大豆BR报告基因系统:通过生物信息学的方法分析了BR合成关键酶CPD、CYP90D1在
