芥菜胞质雄性不育系结荚性状的筛选鉴定与研究利用
【摘 要】
：
芥菜是一种在我国南方地区广泛种植的十字花科芸薹属特色蔬菜,起源于中国且栽培历史悠久。芥菜的种类繁多,有叶用类、茎用类、根用类和薹用类等,目前可将其大致分为16个变种。芥菜的食用方式多样、营养丰富,可鲜食、可腌制加工,深受广大消费者和蔬菜加工企业的亲睐。随着消费者多样化需求日益增加,包括鲜食芥菜营养品质、功能性成分和加工芥菜的风味品质研究,因此,芥菜育种工作者致力于培育出优质、抗逆、适宜加工的芥菜新
