The paper reviews the history of human development and describes the environment of policy, economy and technology at first. Basing on it, the paper points out that the networking finance is the trend in the future. Then the text discusses the category and intention of the finance on network. E-commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Process Re-engineering are the next item of discussion. These are the forms on reality of the networking finance. The influence of networking finance on traditional accounting is very huge. It includes the basic accounting assumptions, the system of accounting report, the education of accounting and the auditing. At last, the paper demonstrates the UFSOFT’s enterprise financial software V8.1O and networking financial software V9.O.O and Haier Group’s Great Commercial Flow as well.
