Chapter 1 answers the question of "why do we have to protect IPR" . Chapter 2 further analyzes the concept ofIPR and its implications for the international trades based on the relevant provisions in TRIPS. Chapter 3 looks into the problems existing in Chinaslegislation. Chapter 4 discusses the various factors that affect the violations of IPR and the efficient enforcement of the ?tgosIation. Chapter 5 attempts to provide solutionsto tackling this problem.
