杂种优势利用能够显著提高作物产量并有效地改善作物品质。隐性细胞核雄性不育作为杂种优势利用的一条重要途径,具有不育性稳定、败育彻底,恢复源广等优点。隐性细胞核雄性不育系9012AB可获得100%不育群体,在生产中已实现“三系”配套,解决了传统“二系”制种时拔除50%可育株的麻烦,在显著提高制种效率的同时也保证了杂种纯度,具有很好的应用前景。选育遗传背景一致的临保系和纯合两型系是“三系”制种的关键。然而,由于育性受两对基因控制,依靠传统的育种方法选育难度大、效率低。分子标记辅助选择以其对目标基因准确快速
