水稻是我国重要的粮食作物之一,其叶片衰老直接影响着水稻的光合效率,继而影响水稻产量。随着水稻基因组测序的完成,有关基础研究的不断推进,水稻已成为单子叶植物重要的模式作物之一。开展水稻叶片衰老相关研究对于揭示衰老的分子机理,调控和培育抗衰老高产水稻品种具有重要的意义。我们从业已构建的突变体库中筛选获得一水稻早衰突变体es-t,利用图位克隆的方法完成该基因的精细定位,为进一步克隆该基因阐明叶片早衰的分
